Anxiety and stress don’t have to run the show. Calm & Confident helps teen girls learn simple, science-informed mindfulness tools to feel steady, clear, and in control—anytime, anywhere. Guided Meditations (5–10 minutes): Short, soothing audios for before school, study breaks, or bedtime—focused on calming the nervous system, easing racing thoughts, and building self-trust. Positive Affirmations PDF: A beautifully designed, printable set of uplifting statements to shift self-talk and spark confidence. Pocket Flash Cards: Bite-sized reminders to print & carry in a backpack or keep by a mirror—instant positivity prompts for tough moments. Self-Reflection Journal: A gentle, structured journal with weekly themes and writing prompts to process feelings, celebrate wins, and set healthy boundaries. How it works Listen to one meditation a day for the week (or as needed). Choose an affirmation or flash card for the day and keep it visible. Use 1–2 journal prompts each week to reflect, release stress, and reset.
