Foundations of Self-Healing
Reiki I is where you begin to understand your own energy. Reconnect with your own energy & learn how to support your emotional & energetic balance. Includes your first attunement, hands on practice & manual.

reiki II
Strengthen your inner knowing
In Reiki II, we build upon your foundation & expand your capacity to work with Reiki. Learn the sacred Reiki symbols, how to support emotional healing & how to send Reiki across distances. This level strengthens your intuitive awareness & ability to offer Reiki to others
You'll leave with: clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to your inner wisdom.

A quiet unfolding into your true self
The Reiki Master program is a deeply personal and intentional journey. You'll receive your Master attunement & learn how to attune and guide others -- in your own authentic way.
You'll leave with: a peaceful inner alignment and the confidence to share Reiki in a way that feels natural to you.

Reiki circle
A space to rest & refill
Once a month we gather for a gentle Reiki healing circle. Once a month, we gather to soften, breathe and reconnect. You'll settle into still ness, receive Reiki in a group setting & allow your body to release what it no longer needs. This circle is gentle, grounding and supportive.
We all learn from one another in this group setting.
There is no rush here.
Your healing unfolds at the pace your heart is ready for.

You learn everything you need to know to teach others Reiki.
