SoulFlow is a calming, low- to medium-impact class that blends gentle yoga, mindful stretching, core work, restorative yoga, reiki energy healing, and guided meditation. Designed to nourish your body, quiet your mind, and restore your spirit, this class is perfect for all levels—especially those seeking stress relief, deeper relaxation, and a soft but strengthening return to movement. Reconnect with your breath, release tension, and leave feeling lighter, centered, and renewed. Bring a bolster/pillow, blanket, blocks and a yoga mat.

Reiki I

Experience the healing power of Reiki. The Reiki Level 1 class is designed to help you learn the fundamentals of Reiki energy and how to use it to heal yourself and others. Through hands-on practice, this program enables participants to harness the power of light touch healing energy and reduce stress and promote relaxation. Receive energy and an attunement that will help to open your third eye and understanding of this powerful healing modality.
Reiki II

The Reiki 2 class builds upon the foundational teachings of Reiki Level 1, delving deeper into the practice and principles of Reiki energy healing. In this class, participants will: **Deepen Their Understanding* *Learn Sacred Symbols and Their Meanings* *Learn Distance Healing Techniques* *Hands-On Practice* *Attunement* This class offers a comprehensive and transformative journey for those seeking to deepen their Reiki practice and expand their healing abilities.
Prerequisites: Reiki I must have been completed.
Reiki Master

The Reiki Master Certification Class is a full 2 day class covering history, theory, hands on, and more: *pre-requisite Reiki II certification and *(must enroll concurrently in Reiki Circles) A review of level 1 and 2,Master Level Attunements, Master Level Teacher Manual, Master Level Symbols and how to use them, How to Give Attunements ~ Instructions and practice time. You learn everything you need to know to teach others Reiki. You must also sign up for Reiki Circles (at least two of the classes this semester) to obtain the Reiki Master certification.
Reiki Circle

The Reiki Circle offers a supportive and nurturing space for individuals of all levels of Reiki experience to come together and share in the healing energy of Reiki. You will experience *Community Connection*, *Group Healing*, Guidance and Support by Experienced Reiki practitioners, Energetic Clearing and Balancing & Meditation and Relaxation. This offers a sacred space for individuals to come together, share in the healing power of Reiki, and experience profound transformation on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Whether you're new to Reiki or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome to join in this enriching and uplifting experience. (Class is mandatory for Reiki students enrolled in Reiki Master this semester)
